Do you charge an appointment fee?
A fee will be charged only if a vaccination/tablets or capsules are not administered/supplied. This is a non-refundable £10 fee and is per appointment.
This is a per appointment fee. For group bookings, you will only be charged £10 once.
Can I get a certificate for my vaccinations?
We provide you with certificates for Yellow Fever and Meningitis ACWY vaccinations. We give administration records for the rest.
Can I order travel medications from you?
We provide a range of travel items including antimalarials, anti-diarrhoeals, mosquito repellants etc. You can buy these from us after your appointment.
Can I get private prescription dispensed here?

How do I arrange for my medication to come in pill pouches?
Please contact the pharmacy to discuss your prescription. The pharmacist will need to assess your need for the pill pouch service and notify your GP of the changes.
Can I pick up my NHS prescription from you?
We operate as an online pharmacy. All NHS patient medications will be delivered, free of charge. We do not allow any NHS patients to collect their medication from us.
