Prescription Counter

our pharmacy

We are classified as a “distance selling” or online pharmacy.  We provide a wide range of services for you and your family, wherever you live in England. Patients are not allowed to visit the pharmacy’s physical location under the current regulations.

All Private services are delivered at our pharmacy premises, but also by phone, website, delivery, and email.

All NHS services are delivered virtually, but also by phone, website, delivery, and email.

We have pharmacists on staff during regular business hours to provide support. We are registered with the relevant regulatory bodies, namely the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Private Services

Dispensing

We fill Private prescriptions, send them anywhere in England, and offer suggestions on how to maximise the value of your medications. We maintain a substantial inventory of medications so that we can quickly fill every prescription. We will deliver your medication to you for a small fee, but you can also collect your prescription from us. In the event that we are chosen as your pharmacy, this also applies to the electronic prescription service.

NHS Services

Repeat Dispensing

Additionally, we are able to fill NHS repeat prescriptions written by your general practitioner. For more details about this service, contact us.

We can offer suggestions on how to lead a healthier lifestyle and look for opportunities to support you in doing so. Additionally, we participate in public health campaigns.

Signposting

Patient Medication Records

We are able to keep track of all of your prescriptions that we have filled thanks to our computer systems. This enables us to look for potential issues, such as drug interactions, and will enable us to address any questions you might have. We abide by the GDPR, the Data Protection Act, and the NHS’s code of confidentiality practice. You can contact-us for further information on how we store and use your data.
